Elsewhere on these pages we talk about the importance of choosing the right training and, most importantly, the right trainer. The right trainer can make all the difference to your abilities and confidence going forward.

Before becoming an aesthetics practitioner and, eventually, a trainer Allison had a long and interesting career in nursing. Most rewarding was her time in operating theatres working with various types of surgery and eventually as part of the emergency and trauma team. It’s hard to imagine the serene, gentle Allison running across the hospital to assist with an emergency Caesarean but it was all in a day’s work for her then.

During her time in nursing Allison’s mentoring skills came to the fore and she began helping placement students as a link nurse with the Sheffield Universities. She then became a sign-off mentor, reviewing and grading students following their three-year training journey.

Allison has reached excellence as an aesthetics practitioner via training in advanced procedures on Harley Street and she continues to improve and update her skills both as a practitioner and a trainer. She has awarded over 1,300 certificates to new practitioners.

But the most remarkable thing about Allison isn’t her skill or her experience, it’s her genuine warmth and her ability to connect on such a personal level with her students. We get a lot of lovely feedback from our training and so much of it refers to Allison herself. Her kindness and care for her students are so apparent in everything she does.

We know there’s a lot to think about so you’re invited to come and meet Allison and have a look around before making your decision. Please get in touch below and we’ll get back to you to arrange a time that suits you.
